Here is a continuation of the multi-part story about my troubled bus trip from Laos to Bangkok.

Leaving the mountains of Laos for Bangkok didn’t involve the cool train trip I envisioned but yet another uncomfortable bus trip. This overnight bus trip would easily rival my previous one from Hanoi.

In 2019 I had quite an overnight venture from Hanoi, Vietnam to Laos by way of the sleeper bus. It was cheap but far from comfortable. I was ready to pass out by the time I reached Laos.
